First post here. I don't have a 240 yet. I'm shopping. Would love to end up with a VQ350DE swap.
1. Anyone in AZ done one yet? 2. I'm a decent fabricator with a big garage with a lathe and welder but the wiring for the VQ swap scares me which is why I am asking if anyone local has done this swap? 3. I may settle for a SR20DET. I am having trouble with the Idea that a 2.0 aluminum block (SR20DET is heavier than the 2.4 iron block. even with the turbo and gear I would have thought it would be lighter. Anybody have any thoughts? |
